What MySpeshlz is
MySpeshlz is an independent, Australian specials-notification service. You choose specific Coles and/or Woolworths products, and we tell you when they go on special. We are not owned, operated, or endorsed by Coles, Woolworths, or their related companies, and nothing on this site should be read as an official statement from either retailer.
Affiliate relationship
MySpeshlz participates in retailer affiliate/referral programs, including the Woolworths Partner Program. Where you click through from MySpeshlz to a retailer and go on to make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that retailer. This doesn't change the price you pay. We disclose this relationship here and, where relevant, near links to retailer sites, in line with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics.
Accuracy of pricing and product information
Prices, availability, and promotional details shown on MySpeshlz are sourced from each retailer's own published data and refreshed regularly, but they are indicative only. Retailers can change prices, stock levels, and promotions at any time, including between when we last checked and when you view the page. Always confirm the final price and availability on the retailer's own site or in-store before purchasing. MySpeshlz is not responsible for pricing errors, discontinued specials, or purchase decisions made based on information shown here.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use MySpeshlz for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden the service;
- attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from MySpeshlz at scale for a competing or commercial purpose without our permission;
- submit false information (including a false email address) to obtain notifications;
- impersonate any person or entity when using the service.
Notifications and unsubscribing
By turning on notifications for a watchlist item, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us about that item, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every notification email includes a working unsubscribe link. You can also stop notifications at any time by removing the item from your watchlist.
No warranty
MySpeshlz is provided "as is." We do our best to keep matching accurate and pricing current, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific product match, price, or notification will be accurate at the moment you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MySpeshlz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss arising from missed, delayed, or inaccurate notifications, or from a price or promotion changing after we last checked it. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Trademarks
"Coles" and "Woolworths" are trademarks of their respective owners, used on this site only to describe the retailers whose specials we help you track. Use of these names does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by those companies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of MySpeshlz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
